The FTI is a company governed by public laws operating in the management and planning of industrial zones. The Canton of Geneva has 836 ha of land dedicated to industrial or artisanal activities which holds about 4200 companies. The FTI is committed to support the transition of the industrial zones into industrial “ecoParks” by developing a new governance of proximity and setting up sustainable development concepts in the projects development.
Within this project, Sofies supports the FTI for:
- Evaluating the strategy efficiency: developing dynamic, dense, integrated and sustainable industrial zones
- Finding adequate KPIs to support the dialogue between the different stakeholders
- Developing an online tool allowing to visualize the results
- Directing the decisions and the FTI projects
Project realized in partnership with the offices Maneco, Ecosys and Avis-Vert
