Aubrey HOLT

Aubrey has completed an MSc in Development Studies at the London School of Economics (LSE), with a primary focus on sustainable development. During his studies, Aubrey researched the effect of environmental policies and projects by public and private actors. This included a focus on green development strategies, REDD+ projects, and national environmental laws, assessing their impact on communities, economic actors and the environment.

Aubrey obtained practical experience around environmental laws and policies as a sustainability researcher, having analysed net-zero policies implemented by local, national and international governments on economic and community actors. Having also worked as a Sustainability Manager for an environmental social enterprise, Aubrey assisted companies and individuals in developing strategies to improve their carbon footprint. Aubrey is strongly motivated in assisting public and private actors with developing and understanding key environmental policies and strategies.
