Claire MIZUTANI

With both an Engineering and Business background, Claire has a strong hands-on experience and track record in the Energy, Chemicals and FMCG industries. Over the last 10 years, she has successfully led and implemented projects within multi-stakeholder and multicultural settings. Areas of work include Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), Environmental Mitigation, Water Treatment, Waste Reduction and Elimination, among many others.

Claire’s passion for transformational systems change and sustainability led her to manage and grow the International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA), a non-profit business association composed of leading voluntary carbon market players. She focused her work on supporting credible, ambitious, impactful, and high-quality voluntary climate action and promoting the importance of the private sector’s role in the transition towards a net zero economy.

Claire holds a Master’s in Engineering, a Master’s in International Business, a Business Sustainability Management Certification and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP ®) and B Leader.
