Prior to Lafarge, he worked for the hygiene division of Suez Environnement as CEO of TERIS (hazardous waste activities), and then as the country manager for the Netherlands. At the same time, he supervised the division for strategy and environment, quality, and safety (EQS) operations.
Dominique founded Scori in 1979 where, from the beginning, he contributed to the application of industrial ecology in the cement industry. Prior to Scori, he oversaw the environment division for SERI Renault Engineering where he led many studies for the ministry of the environment, water treatment agencies, and the European Commission.
