After his graduation, Gaspard studied Arabic in Syria before he joined the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Moldova, where he worked on migration and human trafficking issues.
Between 2011 and 2014, he served as evaluator in the Independent Evaluation Unit of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), in Vienna. While on mission in Africa, Asia and Latin America, he evaluated numerous UNODC strategies, programmes and projects before he joined evaluanda in 2014.
His 11 years of experience enable him to skillfully support public and private customers in their strategic reflections and actions with regard to governance, implementation and evaluation of various policies in the fields of migration, social cohesion, or public health among others. He also delivers project management cycle and evaluation trainings to professionals from public and parapublic sectors.
