Career

During his studies in political science at the University of Geneva, Lucien was professionaly active as a parliamentary assistant to Constituent Assembly and the Geneva parliament.

In late 2013, Lucien joined the Departement of urban environment and security as a political advisor to the Mayor of the city.

His ten years working in the heart of Geneva’s institutional and political system gave Lucien an expertise in the field of public management and public policies in various domains such as security, rescue, environment and waste management.

Lucien joined evaluanda in mid 2020 as an evaluator in public policy.

Lucien enjoys spending time with his family. Lucien also loves to travel and is passionate about photography, cinematography and likes to enjoy the beauty of nature on his bike or by walking.
