In the past few years, Marina has been dedicated in exploring the multiple stakeholders related to climate change and circular economy, with the aim to develop better solutions for the world’s most pressing challenges. She has a background in Economics, with work experience in sustainability, development projects, entrepreneurship and business analysis. 

During her master’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, Marina has focused her research on policy analysis and the environmental economics of circular economy. She is also part of several climate and environmental networks, including being the current co-chair of the Youth Policy Advisory Council of Sustainable Ocean Alliance.

As a consultant at Sofies, Marina is involved in projects mainly related to circular economy, extended producer responsibility, zero waste strategies and public policy.

… Outside the office

Marina loves being in nature, exploring new places around the city, painting and doing yoga. She is also passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures around the world.
