After his studies, Nicolas worked in the Evaluation and Controlling Divison of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and then for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Palestine, focusing mainly on public health issues and results orientation.
Between 2017 and 2020, Nicolas worked for the Swiss Peace Foundation swisspeace as a Program Officer and then joined Caritas Switzerland in Chad where he managed a food security project for communities living on the border with the Central African Republic.
His experiences within the federal administration, the United Nations and non-governmental organizations have allowed him to develop expertise in the fields of international cooperation, adaptive management practices (monitoring, evaluation and learning systems), results orientation and inclusiveness issues.
He is particularly interested in issues related to complexity, new paradigms of public management, democratic participation, and issues of inequality of representation and access.
Nicolas joined evaluanda in February 2022 as Public Policy Evaluator.

Nicolas loves to cook and mix cocktails for his friends. He is also a big fan of Servette FC, and he sometimes even plays sports himself.
