Nicolas has worked in various positions in the Hospitality and service industry since 2012. He completed his Bachelor in Hospitality Management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in 2017, and has since started working in the implementation of sustainable practices in the food industry. At Sofies, Nicolas offers his skills in sustainable food, and in the implementation of measures to reduce the ecological impact of restaurant activities.

… Outside the office 

Nicolas enjoys cooking a lot, especially discovering new foods and recipes. He also loves music and spends a lot of his free time playing and listening to all kinds of music.
