Career

From the age of 16 years, Rima was a volunteer at the Geneva Youth Red Cross. She was also a member of the Youth Parliament of her city.

After her studies, she was active in a Swiss think tank on Foreign policy, at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) and finally at the Federal Statistical Office. She worked in a Consultant firm during 3 years before joining evaluanda/Sofies.

Taking advantage of her experiences in the private and public sector, Rima developed strong skills in management and resource/process optimization. Her background gives her excellent knowledge of the public administration and public policy evaluation.

Rima joined evaluanda as a public policy evaluator in 2021.

Rima enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes sharing her passion for cheese around a fondue or a raclette.
