Career

Since the start of her career, Salam helped various industries (eg. energy, ICT, Pharma) embed sustainability in their core business by assessing their environmental impacts and identifying actions for improvement. She also worked for four years in Congo for an oil company, where she coordinated development studies and participated in the definition of the medium and long term strategy for the Congolese oil terminal.

In April 2017, she joined Sofies to help develop the UK branch and provide support on projects related to environmental assessment and metrics as well as sustainability strategy.

Salam loves travelling and discovering new cultures. She also enjoys cooking and reading when she is not busy looking after her three daughters…
