Career

Prior to joining Sofies, Shramana was a Senior Research Analyst at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP), a not-for-profit think tank based in India. At CSTEP, Shramana worked on various projects relating to urban basic services, renewable energy, organizational development, and policy research.

At Sofies Shramana is primarily working in areas of Managing Sustainability and Secondary Resources and urban mining.

With a lifelong interest in drama, public speaking and oratory, Shramana enjoys a lively conversation more than anything else. She is also an avid reader and writer, who enjoys cooking, quizzes and spontaneous walks in her free time.
